Providing Nuance-Denmark products is only a small part of JBoyce Marketing. We consider the support side every bit as important as providing a great product. To better provide that support we have four significant announcements:
- The hiring of Sue Perschke. Sue is a consultant with over 30 years in the retail industry and most recently she served as the Director of Sales for Nambe. Later in this news letter you will find more information on Sue.
- Sales Consultant training program – Sue has developed and will be delivering this program to all consultants in the US. Stand-by to confirm your schedule.
- The introduction of our support web site exclusively for our retailers and rep consultants. www.jboyce.com is a living organism! It will continue to be enhanced to support you, but we need your feedback as we move forward.
Last but not certainly not last is the long anticipated CATALOG. It combines both Nuance and PEJ in one place with some special collections that will make it easier for both the consultants and the retailers.
Barware to enhance the Wine Finer...
The Wine Finer now has some welcome additions to the family. During the NYIGF and the IHA Home Show we were continually asked why we discontinued our previous barware offerings. The answer was simple. They were open items and not up to the standards we require. Nuance-Denmark solved that issue by designing a beautiful new series of barware featuring an ice bucket, shaker and strainer, muddler, bar spoon, olive sticks, stirrers, bottle opener, jigger and coasters. Welcome Sue Perschke..
When an opportunity to hire one of the most qualified retail sales, support and product consultants in the country presented itself at the NYIGF it was a simple decision. Probably one of the most significant JBM has made in support of our customers.
Let me tell you a little about Sue. She was with Nambe, LLC, from 2002 to 2007 and spent the majority of that time as the Director of Sales. Prior to that, she spent 24 years with Marshall Fields.
Sue brings a wealth of knowledge to JBM from many different perspectives. However, her number one skill is her ability to interpret information from JBM to the retailer/consultant and from the retailer/consultant back to JBM. Understanding your needs and concerns is a very high priority for us and Sue turns those needs and concerns into actions.
