Nuance America Credit
First time purchases must be placed with a credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, or Discover) or check. A
credit application can then be filled out and suitable credit
limit and terms will be issued upon review of application; normally terms extended will be Net 30. You can do this online! Click here to begin. Fill out the application. You will be in a holding status as we review your order promptly, usually calling you back, and then receive an email authorizing you to sign in and view prices.
Order Quantities and Other Information
Initial order is normally required to be 240.00 wholesale, with addtional orders of 100.00 or more. All orders are shipped promptly from FOB Austin, TX 78758. Due to volume we have worked out very discounted shipping costs with UPS and others.
Nuance America Return or Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, the items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. No refunds will be provided without prior written authorization from Nuance, so please call us at (512) 306-1910 before shipping. Make sure to pack all returns carefully (preferably in the original packaging) and include your order number. We will issue a credit to your credit card for the merchandise returned. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns of $250.00 or more. Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all goods are packed adequately to avoid damage in transit. Please make sure to insure the package with the carrier for your protection. Returns must be received in new condition. In the event of breakage, no credit will be issued.

Nuance America Shipping
Bear in mind that Nuance products are heavy - stainless steel, porcelain, and glass and so shipping is calculated by the pound. However because of our substantial inventory we are able to offer the best possible shipping terms to you as well. Currently all orders are shipped via UPS from Central Texas. You may currently choose UPS Ground, UPS 3 day select, and UPS Next Day Air as shipping options.
